Lawn and landscape care. Winter help, too.
Lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, shrub trimming and mulch can be part of your care plan. Snow plowing and winter services are available with the work and coverage agreed in writing.
Your annual lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups and agreed landscape care are paid in 12 monthly installments, including winter. Your agreement explains which services are covered. Projects have their own prices and payment schedules.

For larger planned projects, Estate Management can include checking three suitable contractors, requesting comparable written estimates and helping you choose. We agree on the projects and included time first, and explain if fewer qualified companies are available.
Maintenance-only work can also be quoted.
We agree on the work, visit schedule, materials and price before you sign. Snow plowing and winter work are included only when listed in your agreement. Larger projects and extra work need your approval.
